This image is absolutely stunning. The subtle shades of ochre, from low saturation on the background to high saturation in the foreground, are wonderful. The delicate balance achived in your composition is also perfect: I love the descending ghostly line on top of the image, the slightly off-centre orientation of the clock's hands and the fading shadow at the point of contact between the clock and the ground. All these elements contribute to the surreal mood of your photograph. What a great job you did with composition here!

Maybe the only compositional element that I would change is the brightness/contrast of the clock's white disk. (Select it with the circle selection tool in Photoshop). Unfortunately, this adjustment might be difficult to do apply without revealing grain even further. Which brings me to the main problem with this image. I find it unfortunate that the image is so grainy. Although there is no EXIF data with this deviation, I guess you do not own a very fancy camera. And you probably should get one, considering your insight in all other matters of photography. Otherwise, you could shoot this with your current camera at a lower ISO speed, which would force you to set a slower shutter speed and might need to set the camera on a tripod or any solid support. In that case, you will need to stop the clock (if you haven't done so already), so that the seconds hand is sharp. And then your picture will be nice and non-grainy :)
